What Happens When He Leaves?

What happens when he leaves?

What happens when he leaves?

Is it as dramatic as in the fiction fables or the way it is showcased by intricate cinema. Do you recognise the sound of your heart breaking piece by piece in this strife torn world echoing with all kinds of bizarre noises.

Maybe your heartbreak really comes with a sound alibi to reinsure it is happening; just like the disturbing sound of the shattering of a priceless vase.

Do you cling onto every trivial memory of his like jewels or are you reminded of him even in the most mundane things that you do.

Do you actually look for him in every

random person you come across or do certain song lyrics suddenly feel so relatable.

Does loneliness creep into your bedside comfortably each night to take his place and offer compensation.

Do those dried roses which have lost all

lustre just as your eyes have still speak a thousand words.

Does every article of yours he ever touched still smell and feel of him as if he was just right there in bits still hanging onto inanimate objects making his presence strongly felt.

Does his departure crawl slowly and then all at once as this deep dispersed ache you have no words to describe.

Does it feel like the perfect paradox where you are so full with agony and sorrow yet so empty.

Do you feel emotionally crippled in one moment and raging with anger just in the

next.

Do your tears be your constant through the

nights and your pillow the only witness to your struggle.

What exactly happens when he leaves? Maybe it's an amalgamation of all this or maybe it's nothing at all.

Its like a blunt knife cutting your emotional self through and through, where nothing bleeds yet you feel the excruciating pain, the pain that has no diagnosis or

treatment, the pain that is indescribable, i is your own. And that's the beauty, it is the only pain that is solely yours because it is as strong as your love. That is what happens when he leaves. He leaves behind a little of himself in remnants as the pain you feel for a lifetime. He, wrapped up in that pain, becomes a part of you.
