Water

Water, you form your own course,

You are the life-giving force.

Water, you bring colour to nature,

With the blue of rivers to the greens of the seas.

Water, you bring life to the land where you flow,

Without you the barren lands do not glow.

Water, you quench the thirst of man,

Which diamonds and gems never can.

Water, you are the beauty of earth,

Of which Venus and mars have dearth.
