Waiting For A Dawn

I am starving,

I can’t touch the food,

Darkness blocked my paths,

Black glasses and sticks are my companions,

Why are you staring me like an object?

I’m avoiding to show my presence to you,

Sympathetic words will hear when I pass you,

You are welcoming me in black and white,

But not in reality,

When will your perception change on me?

Waiting for that change,

I learn everything through touches,

I respect others feelings,

Why can’t you learn the art of kindness?

Not everyone but few in the society,

Learn to give equal rights,

I’m waiting for a new dawn,

I hope you will change one day.
