I hear voices in my head

loud and piercing

bursting my ear drums

senseless words

arguments on TV channels

newsreaders yelling

These voices refuse to leave me

they turn me mad

I dream of death everyday

newsreaders yelling if it’s a murder!

I wake up to find myself alive

but I hear voices in my head-all the time
