Verwarmde Yster

Iets van koud en solied. Na warm en nuut

1. Klaar gepaar met die gifappeltjie blaar

2. En saamgebring soos die sneeu ontsmelt

3. En later sal die stem snags bedaar

4. Voorkoming van die doring belt

5. Golwend slaan dit teen die wit steen

6. Wat op slag smelt en sak

7. Ritmies vertrek die bondels van kreun

8. Op die krommel winters tak

9. Laat diie krieke in tjirpies koor

10. In hul uiteindelike bloed bad,

11. Hul laaste totsiens kryt van die dood se goor

12. En die finale donker pad.

13. Daar val die modder mis in sy gebrek

14. Van tydelike asemhalling vanaf moeder natuur

15. Volgende weet sy dat die yshond gaan vrek

16. Maar glimlag skymheilig soos iets om te vier

17. Stilstand kom en stilstand gaan

18. Die melodiese oordrom draai

19. Weer eens om die jaarlikse baan

20. En laat die blomme versaai.
