UNVEIL YOUR CHOICE

She thought to herself as she walked down the aisle,

The apprehension, the anxiety, all hidden behind her smile;

The ring engulfed her, weighed her down,

O! How she longed to wear the 'Queen's crown'!

Suppressed and controlled, she no longer wished to be,

Putting her foot down, she threw her veil in glee!

She'd now get to be with her hero again,

Lil Rex was eagerly waiting to ease her pain!

She took a cab and rushed to the shelter,

Who rescued whom, she'd always wonder!

Together, they go on long walks now,

Rex is the only one for whom she's willing to 'bow'!
