You told me to wait, so I did

When the first winter came,

I burned the pain you left,

And then it was warm

when the second winter came,

it was colder than the older,

I burned the love you left,

And then it was warm

And then came the third,

Now, nothing left to burn,

So, I let the cold freeze,

A once warm heart

Still, I will wait,

With an ice-cold heart,

until, we meet again or more
