Unreal

There’s endless roads to my darkness,

Yet I try to escape

But no matter how far away I run,

It always finds it’s way

I dream of roses,

But wake up to the thorns

I tend to love endlessly,

No matter how painful or wrong

I get high off my pain,

Till I’m actually numb

Can’t even go back,

Cause it all began when I was pretty young

I keep it as my secret,

My dark forests remain intact

But The bright gardens that people meet me at,

Are all they see, yet, somehow all unreal
