Unfinished Not Incomplete

Questions the world may ask galore

Answers to which neither of us have, none.

The memories engulf me like a warm fuzzy blanket on a chilly winter morning.

And just like that it was spring.

The unflinching loyalty and integrity could tamed the most devious.

The patience and dedication made even the moon and the sun envious.

Our destination may have never seen the light of day. A journey rather tumultuous.

Moving apart but ahead, in body mind and soul, just as the gentle wind blows intangibly and effortlessly in silence.

With time..

The stoicism was replaced by a mild hysteria.

A palpable contentment manifested by a smile.

And just like that it was summer again.

A distant memory, a perennial fondness.

Neither a swain nor a nemesis.

Unfinished but not incomplete.
