Trying harder makes things crazier...

So hard to know what's in their hearts and mind,

So hard to know when to be tough and when to be soft and kind...

Talking to them at times can be so tough,

Simple talks can turn into arguments rough...

Dealing with sweet little innocent hearts and curious minds,

Can challenge our knowledge, skills, experience and expertise of many life times....

How to motivate a teenager with low motivation, self confidence, willpower and self-esteem,

Who lacks aim, destination and dreams...

It is hard to inspire them and be an ideal idol,

Shaping right their often destructive thoughts that can even turn suicidal...

Managing with love, praises and compliments their mood swings and mood cycle,

Becomes at times very complicated but never less still very vital ...

Managing their life's curious questions and emotional tidal waves,

Inspiring them to build their life well and not dig their own graves...

Helping anxiety, panic attacks filled broken hearts,

At times, can feel like life's biggest, toughest and most challenging task...

Surrendering our fight in front of their fears,

Or losing our stand in front of their non-stop innocent tears...

How to get them into a routine stable,

Have them follow a disciplined life and timetable ...

At times it's hard for even adults to make up their mind,

When to be kind and when to draw the line...

Stuck in the dilemma of wrong and right,

At times, starting deep inside us an internal emotional turmoil and fight ...

Handling a teenager can be challenging and draining,

Making us weak and question our morals, values and training...

When their tears start raining,

When our heart and conscious starts blaming ...

Afraid that our one mistake can affect them for a lifetime ,

Our one decision can turn someone's life hellish or divine ....

At times its hard to sleep at night,

Fearing our efforts may not suffice...

The pressure to guide, motivate and build a young innocent life right,

At times, starts to drain our own lives...

Even though the journey is tough,

At the end of the day, to build their happy future, all the risk is worth...💚
