Touch

I wonder if I crave touch

As much as a child craves its mother.

I came this far

Yet why do I still feel afar.

A simple act of compassion,

A simple act of love,

Can work wonders you know,

Not that I know.

I wonder if I crave touch,

Maybe I do, a bit much.
