To Do Or Not To Do

One amongst the very many

In the labyrinth as I lie,

Morally bright but I still slight

Child's hunger, my wife cold

No respite as is in truth's sight..

I yearn for the power to cheat,

To make that leap, to make ends meet..

To let go of all that's taught, my thoughts,

To get done what needs to be..

Am I strong to break not

Or just too weak to bend,

In vain as I follow,

Walking still with a useless halo..

Guilty of omission as i sin not by commission..
