Through The Changing Seasons

As raindrops trickle down the clouds,

You were always there with an umbrella over me,

Even as the thunder roars aloud,

You were there filling me with glee.

And amid the cold winters frost,

We walked under the veils of white lace,

Still listening with your smile so soft,

I feel at peace in your sweet embrace.

The sweet sunshine and fragrant mist,

With which you fill my days,

Along with rainbow lights and the spring’s gist,

I walk in tranquil knowing with me is your care’s bouquets.

Laughter’s echoes and tears we share,

Highs and lows of life we tread,

The warmth you give, beyond compare,

With you with me, I’ve got nothing to dread.
