Thinking About Her

Updated: Sep 3

By Ajay M

A ponytail and a warm smile,

May remind you of thine rhymes

And change everything in a while

Which you couldn’t do many a times.

Her mere presence, a sweet ecstasy,

Makes your heart in joy beat amok.

Feels so real though tis a fantasy.

Stumbled onto her, did I, by luck?

An angel from above she is, flawless.

Her visage so elegant and vibrant

With her bedazzling eyes and tress.

Her soul looks serene and content.

You ponder how to approach her.

Deep inside, you are in distress,

For she leaves you in a blur.

You’re puzzled, “should I confess?”

You wish you had a genie

But wonder what’s it worth

If she doesn’t like me?

“She’s my crush henceforth.”
