There is beauty in pain.

I lay in my bed,

quivering from the vibration my womb sends through my whole body.

There is separation happening within,

Letting go of what is no longer of use,

Opening room for new beginnings.

Why quiver then? Why be in excruciating pain then? Why bleed?

Why not?

Does life not exist in balance with all there is?

Take me to the man who said life was meant to be easy,

he clearly had never bled once a month.

There is beauty in pain.

Well here it is.

The one I write to you and the one I lay in.

For this is the beauty of life.

Living in unison with what is,

And not resisting it.
