Their Eternal Presence

I remember the day we fell in love

Looking at the doves flying happiness all alive

You were smiling so bright, spreading life

I wanted the time to stay forever but it slipped like sand in

hourglass

One moment you were with me

And the next you were gone

Disappeared so quick I wasn’t able to bid you farewell

And now I don’t know who I’m and nothing is well

I’m still alive with the memories of you

Everything I do my heart revolves around you

You’re gone but you’re with me

When I’m down your voice always cheers me

I re-live every moment that we spent together

Walking down the street, matching our feets

Holding hands, smiling wierdly

Dancing together laughing looking towards the roof

But now I can only imagine you in arms

Once you used to wake me up in the morning

But now it’s all upto the alarm

And when I wake up I realise I this life isn’t just a bad

dream

But I’m getting used to it

Cause I know you’re looking at me from the skies

You give the strength even when you’re away

You whisper in my ears and take away all my fears

I feel your touch even though you’re gone

We’ve had each other’s back in every good and bad for so

long

And even now in my bad, I cope up with it by remembering

you

I know we’re worlds apart but trust me, you’ll be in my

arms real soon

I don’t wanna die nor wanna live forever

I just bear all my troubles in this world

So that the day when I die

We can stay together forever in eternal life.
