We're told to cast our votes,

Young lives fought and paid for with their souls.

For the freedom we have,

The very one they gambled.

Ubuntu is teetering,

And justice is in shambles.

They TWIST,

They TURN,

They SPIN the truth,

Making us believe the power lies within the youth!

An envelope passed — an open secret.

Corruption versus greed — airtight, sealed shut.

We're caved in...

Will anybody see us?

All this talk about B.E.E,

"Bring your I.D and your C.V, then I'll SEE."

You have to know someone to be someone.

Gatekeeping 101, that's the 411.

Take banking details, send the P.O.P

Get taxpayer service pro max, Survival V.A.T

No one is safe, be it in a mansion or an RDP

Your only crime is feeding your desperation — kids have to EAT

Hungry for a better life than your current situation — seeking security.

Throwing rocks and burning tires in the streets

Doesn't win the war, or the battle you see.

To know the cause to fight

Is to not be the cause of a fight.

So put the fist and bottle away,

We'll have plenty of time to celebrate.

Now?

NOW we grab the books

And put our heads together.

The internet is our world.

And we…

We are the oysters.
