The Tiniest Memoir

Updated: Oct 5, 2024

By Vedashree B N

We go way back to walking in the honey woods. The thick dark brown trees overflowing with the layers of honey.

Me and cousins, very young, would have a great demo of how to live like the tribes.

It's funny how we weren't scared just because we were young.

It's all in the forest, but it's also in the people with curious fingers. Invading and conquering isn't for the curious. It's for the adamant.

Harm comes on a big horse with swords and guns.

Curious comes in tiny boats.

It's all in that place. We go way back,  wishing we could actually go back. Memories this tiny, last long, maybe because we had a spot freshly cut for it.
