The Sky's Secret

I looked at the sky today,

it was indeed colorful,

but that was just a fake play.

I could see the greyness hidden behind,

the way it pretended like nothing's wrong,

is almost as if everything was absolutely fine.

the grey clouds are just an instance,

of how the sky hides its sorrow,

of how it doesn't show its real appearance,

and yet people don't realize how much of the sky is just as hollow.

the sky makes me think of myself,

how can we be so similar,

showing only the tough side,

while hiding all the rough side.

day after day,

we hide our scars,

and shine like stars.
