The show goes on

A rock jumped up behind me

As I travelled back so slightly

Down with a bang I crashed

In front of a whole audience I was a-bashed

There stood the rock next to me

Five steps back, not four it was supposed to be

At least I fell straight to the ground

For you see I was bound

To step right back into our pond

Which would of made my mood overfond

Over joyed from being all wet

But I need not fret

Just landed on the grass so green

A new shade added to my jean

And so, the show must go on

Before I can be gone

For one more bird to show just now

Before I can take my bow

Still weary of the rock that jumped up behind me

as I travelled backwards ever so slightly
