The Rhythm Of Tears

The long hair that I grew carelessly

touched my eyes today,

They had come across a variety of drops,

But none as shallow as the tears,

None as painful and filled with fears,

The could sense deep within my eyes,

The surging blood filling my hollow soul,

They could feel through my raging blood,

My throbbing heart,

Beating all day long and

all through the moonlit night,

Pumping with all its might,

As though banishing every drop of love trickling within me,

Pumping with all its might,

As though transforming me into a stone,

Making me devoid of emotions,

The very emotions that it had carried and cherished not so long ago,

But now pumping them out,

As though love was the greatest sin it had ever given birth to.
