The Racist Groan

Show thy faces

All pretty and nice,

Call out the races

Wrecked in surprise.

Finest thee look

Like the oldest of wines,

Smother thy chaos

To the shine of the dime.

Wisdom I fetched

From thy faintest sight

Swept by the riddle

Oh beauty and price

Hold thy breath

To a step far away

For if not away

Might turn it in grey!
