The Quixotic Land
By Gulzabin Ara
These anxious thoughts that I'm suffering from,
I don’t know how long!
Sometimes prepared, Sometime bothered,
Hairs fall down, lips tremble Convulsively,
‘‘Oh! journey of mind, can't you ‘keep quite’,”
The voices are new, maybe two or three more.
The Dust wash off, Time ride like a Bicycle,
The peddles circled round, the frozen queen never Ignite.
The eyes jump up and down, hiding behind the butterfly Bush.
The Ellora never sees me off,
I waited long gawking at my black shoes that worn out,
The clock still ticking, those sounds more clearer and near,
The gushy wind fades, when sound comes nearer.
It happens silently, it bothers randomly,
‘Have I ever looked sly’,
Whining over pet that I can't buy,
Black eyed Cat didn't bring me any Fate,
The bricks break like glass clinch,
Waving zone riddle puzzle at noon,
Smiling little Bunny brush up your door,
Asking for a midnight tour.
Mind boggles, alarming the neurons to calm and be seated,
The red and whites gathered, muses over a cup of coffee,
Triggering the Anger Cell, who is at the corner of the corridor,
The journey puzzles In and Out,
The mind should sleep early, with one's head in the clouds.
