The Play

The world is nothing but a cosmic play,

Characters are given their role to play.

The stage is set;

Everybody plays their part perfect.

Nobody understands though,

We are all in this together,

A king, a queen, a beggar.

Everyone is dancing to his tune,

Scenes are dramatic,

Songs are lyrical.

The curtains fall;

The end is near, people fear,

Cause they know not,

The sun will shine,

The moon will smile,

They are given a new part to play …

The new dawn is here to stay.
