The Organs of the Human Body Speak

There was a patient
Who lived an extremely unhealthy lifestyle
Addicted to junk food and ultra-processed food
Refusing the gym thinking he might sweat
Avoiding walking because he hates getting soaked
And he is a daily smoker downing a pack a day
And someone who enjoys drinking a whole stack of bottles
Time passed on
Until he suffered the most-life threatening moment
That required him to end up at the emergency room
And while he is under the knife
Followed by radiation treatment
Inside his body
His organs come to life
Saying random words about his life
Mr Brain says
“If you want to live long, stop these habits”
“Stop them right now”
Then comes Mr Esophagus
“Please let me live”
“I don’t want cancer to attack me”
The next to speak is Mr Mouth
“Betel nut is killing me”
“Don’t give me cancer”
“Please don’t ruin my soft flesh”
Then comes Mr Kidney
“Drink enough water”
“Or else you will get those stones”
“And if they harden, you feel never-ending pain”
Mr Pancreas has something to say
“Control your food intake”
“Or else I will run out of insulin”
“And diabetes will shorten your life quickly”
“And you will be sick for life”
Mr Stomach advises
“Limit your food intake”
“Or else obesity will take over”
“That can snatch away your life”
“And is also bad for body shape, not just your health”
Mr Intestine says
“Ultra Processed food, no more”
“Veggies and fruits, must eat”
“And bowel waste will flow smoothly”
“And drink enough water, and everything will be balanced”
Mr Liver gives the firmest advice he can bring
“Don’t booze too much”
“Or else how can I burn fat”
“And cirrhosis kills you”
Mr Lungs warns
“Take your smoke away from me”
“Cigarettes and vapes are monsters”
“You must vanquish them”
“By quitting smoking and vaping”
“And I will live as long as I can”
And finally, Mr Heart
Says in the most delicate voice as possible
“Quit all these habits now”
“No smoking, no drinking”
“No more junk food, fatty food, salty food or sugary food”
“Eat well, exercise more, and be happy”
“And my arteries won’t develop plaque”
“Please do it right now”
The patient had agreed to the doctor’s advice
And finally he had given up all the habits
Now he eats more healthy food
Exercises more, and remain happy
Thanks to the organs’ kind advice
So he now survives longer
