The Morning Moon

It is enigmatic how the visuals change

unnoticeably, peaceably.

The vibrant moon of yesterday night,

can look so tranquil in the dawn light!

From shining breathtakingly in the dark,

was the star among the stars;

now it is fading in the background blue,

that glow somewhere lost in the hue !

The eyes of the viewers towards the sun;

undoubtedly seeming beautiful,

but none get to notice the moon so admirable,

fading in the most beautiful way possible!

The sun is now rising feeling proud;

of its powerful light, of its flare.

The moon smiles calmly at the sun

knowing the night of its reign will return!
