The mystic sun sets in the evening sky,
And the birds chirp and fly to their homes.
A flowery wind blows merrily and swiftly,
Signalling the evening to transition to the night.
The colour of the evening sky changes slowly,
And fireflies emerge from their happy slumber.
Twinkling stars shine in the night blue sky,
Where once was the sun shining bright.
Now on the horizon of the dark blue night,
The moon rises as serene as a pearl.
Summer winds blow onto the valley of flowers,
Tickling the grass under the pale moonlight.
A summer moon it was, bright and white,
Slowly emerging like a swan on a lake.
The night was filled with the scent of flowers,
And the moon made the valley glow bright.
Crickets and loons sung their lullabies,
Fireflies and moths danced in the moonlight.
Stars shined merrily to signal their happiness,
As the moon made its way into the night.
A blanket of sleep spreads onto the valley,
Bringing the sounds of the night to a purr.
The moon watches silently from above,
Smiling as the night draws to a close.
