The Men Who Fall

Updated: Jul 30

By Jiah Zahid Abdulla

Somewhere in the middle of the sea,

She sings the deadly lullaby

Men who fall shall die and,

This is not a lie

Beneath the deep blue eyes,

Lies an unknown monster.

And men who fall shall die.

She sings in a sweet mystic voice

Her voice echoes in the blue

The men who fall

For the siren’s beauty will die

The men who fall shall never return

For they are sacrificed by the sirens,

For the joy of the lord of ocean,

The king of blue.

And men who fall shall die and,

This is not a lie.
