THE MEMORY ABOUT NOTHING.

They say time is like sand,

Fluid,beautiful, rhythmic and,

Too lost in its grain to mend,

Intricately burdened by its end,

Fate you’re puppeteer be sure to dance to his trend.

Rejoice then non-believers, all you faith allergic,

The elixir of life is made from magic,

Let it course through you, like string to fabric,

Pulsate to a haven, sullen moments in my attic.

Renewed vigor,they wonder about my choice,

Fine fine you win I’ll tell you about Lois,

Brought me to light helps me see the noise,

Quiet plans for a litter,with all kinds of toys.

You see I’ve been crumpled too, tossed into the waste bin,

Like living in a limbo plagued by every sin,

My cup grew bitter, pleas for tonic echoed in gin,

Like a sports team working overtime,

Cause they just can’t win.

October however, I breathed life again,

So used to losing ,now, a gain ,

So used to dust now a grain,

This moment has been amazing,now, again.
