The sunrise loses its warmth as the days are passing by

The deposition of bone marrow decays

Creating an utter hollow deep inside

The colors once appeared cozy like blazing flame at a Chilled night

Scorches my heart and grill it like a piece of chicken

I toss and turn and look for an escape

The most awaited one


Desire to feel the comfort of your lap

Which was my greatest refuge

From all the torment that life throws at me

A drop of nectar falls on my lips

I lick it with merriment

Knowing the death is knocking at my door

Knock, knock, knock...
