The Little Things

An affectionate hand put over my shoulder

Getting drunk and laughing together

In the ears, whispering sweet nothings

Talking and gossiping about literally everything

Sipping tea when it´s raining outside

Having him close and always by my side

Comforting each other through our songs

Refusing to let go and tagging along

Covering me with his jacket in the cold

Big warm bear hugs and a heart of gold

Fighting a lot and making up next

Receiving a bunch of stickers and texts

Messages, memes and video calls

Long distance relationships, been through it all

Jumping to get my phone when he rings

Love is indeed in the little things
