The Lethal Garden
By Saanvi
her garden is filled with different flowers,
if one will bite, another will cut,
fatal these flowers are,
but their beauty, one of a kind.
Crimson Roses,
the color of human blood,
the thornes make bleed, anyone who
touch it.
Black Dahlia,
symbolize a pain all have felt once at least,
betrayal it means, but never does it betray
you.
Purple Aconites,
also called Devil’s Helmet,
hatred it indicates,
one’s demise it may cause.
Chrysanthemum,
the Flower of Death,
sadness and grief it represents,
old superstitious say, nightmares it brings.
all alluring things hold a price,
its nature makes it like a filth to be scrapped
from our dishonest land,
filth we love, filth we hate
filth we embrace, filth we kill,
for some embrace, while some kill.
pick a flower from her lethal garden,
beware the venom each has,
a prick to release the venom in your blood,
a touch to give you an excruciating pain,
a sniff of its stench to make you see.
The Dead Gardener, venom each has
