A Moment Of Happiness

Longing to meet him, day after day,

What could my heart and soul say?

It’s an aching truth, he’s miles away.

Every cell in my body long,

My flesh and skin weep along,

‘cause the truth is only to him I belong.

My weary soul becomes too weary,

My creepy heart becomes too creepy,

My weeping eyes become too weepy.

And one fine day it happened,

Our eyes met, lips too, and felt entwined.

We kissed and hugged,

And that was a moment of happiness.

Me being wrapped in his arms,

Listening and feeling his heart beatings.

And that was a moment of happiness,

Yes, that was a moment of our happiness!
