The Gravity of Us
It is easy to fall into love.
Just close your eyes and step in.
Jump into the abyss headfirst.
Fall till you hit the hard floor.
It's much harder to rise into love
To climb against rain and dust
To be pulled and pushed by the wind
To reach for stars in the skies.
And even though you reach the peak
You’ll be hit by the gusty winds
You will need to grow wings
To stay up at the top in your love.
