Why are you here?

I didn’t have an explanation.

I say, “love dear,

Its addiction became my illusion.”

What was it like?

“It was a beautiful pain;

Every moment heaven alike,

Love had driven me insane.”

Who was that girl?

“Among thorns, she a lily;

A black eyed pearl,

She was dark and lovely.”

When did it happen?

“On a dreary cold night,

Alike the angels fallen,

Her love was my light.”

Where are you now?

“I’m lost in an abyss,

Waiting for real love

And a one true kiss.”
