The Cool Hue

life in a blue world, blue and pretty

of mystery, ecstasy and fantasy

the low hum of the lights in my room

they all flicker in blue, my soul does too

it might resemble the depths of desolation

but it is my color of obsessive infatuations

spinning world, a world of no care or concern

that's where I live, while watching the cig burn

under the soothing light of the cool hue
