The Burning Orchestra

I played piano on the branches of the trees

When spring rested on its leaves

Sing!

My eyes dreamt of a memory- You danced in my love’s melody

Sing!

Till the last leaf flies me to my memory

It’s branches revealed, what my eyes couldn’t see

The orchestra burning- it’s music evaporated into me

That’s how you met him, now will you meet me?

But this time there is no tree and there are no leaves
