The Brainless Father

There once was a girl named Poppy,

She was mean, horrid and naughty.

Her parents were so afraid of her,

That they referred her as their madam sir.

Poppy really wanted a ‘ping’,

Her father said “Is that even a thing”?

He searched all the shops,

He even called the cops!

He asked everyone in the whole wide world,

It made his straight black hair curled!

He could think of one last thing to do,

That was to ask the animals in the jungle and zoo.

His wife packed his bag including his hair-dye,

She was in tears when she kissed him goodbye.

The father was very shabby and clumsy,

So ofcourse he did not know that the wild animals would eat him in a frenzy!

As he made his way to the jungle, he thought he saw a crocodile in the lake,

To make sure, he did a double take.

The crocodile sped towards him,

The father was so terrified that he was standing like his legs were numb after a session of gym!

The crocodile thought that there was no fight to be fought and it is free to eat,

And he really enjoyed his feast!
