That Night Opened New Doors For Them

One fine night, replying to his message

Ignited something between the two,

Something they didn't hope to happen.

Happy with the conversation, she said something

He never expected, and

Voilà the beginning of their love.

From a formal Hello to nicknames,

Something changed.

He was the moon in her sky,

But always hidden in the clouds.

Today, enlightening her path, her spirit,

And becoming her universe.

Flying to her city dressed in maroon,

Having mesmerizing smile and a gentle look,

Welcoming each other, with open arms.

A bit bewildered, bit nervous

Talking to each other.

Losing sight of time,

Falling for each other more and more,

Coming close to each other’s soul.

Hearts beating at a faster rate,

Their souls coming alive again.

Taking her in his arms

Feeling an electric spark in the touch,

Melting in each other’s arms.

Coming to an end,

Realizing it’s just a beginning to eternal love,

Realizing how hard it is to say adieu,

And hoping to see each other soon,

Promising each other an infinite love.
