teri kamhi ab aur nahi khalti

meri duniya ab sirf tujhse nahi chalti

par itni cheshtha ke bad tujhe kese bhulaon

aur kitne yaaron ko teri katha suna kar rulaon

wo raat ko kari hui meethi baatein

mujhe satati he jese bina neend ki raatein

tadpake jagati he tu mujhe har bhor

fir tu udd jati he patang ki tarah leke apni dor

sochta hu bhool jau beeti hui saari mulakatein

magar aankhen bhar dete ye dhokebaaz jazbaatein

lekin ab than liya he jeena he bin tere

to kuch lafzon se peedet honge ved mere

inn yaadon ko ek bakse me band karke

chupa diya he mene apne aasun bharke

dil ke bheetar karke unhe dafan

smaran karunga jab tak na koi pehnaye mujhe kafan
