A work of art that God created,

The one who plays a mother,

The one who plays a friend,

A special one like no other…

She teaches us values, new things and wisdom,

From darkness to freedom

Used throughout our lives,

Corrects us on every little mistake we make,

To help make our path shine…

Lessons thoughts, teachings and givings,

Countless edifications from time to time,

Protecting us from all the fears

We had to face in life….

Like a mother she protects,

Like a friend she cares,

Guides us and show us the light,

With a torch, holding our hand

Never letting go so tight….

The alphabets, the numbers,

Learnt so young, sitting in class,

The blackboards, the dusters,

The pencils, the erasers,

All the memories we made with her,

The heartfelt moments we had with her,

Her laughter, her scolding, I remember everything,

And that cannot be replaced by anything….
