Tale Of Dunes

Well! I tell you the tale of dunes
Each day I rise, I find
My siblings sand dunes full of excite
I have too many an arcs
All big and wide
Smallest little crater ever to find
Many things, tell you, I have
Since your days are confined
Exploring the newer hearts
I am the one, being walking in the dark
I’ve smoother edges leeward
Smoother than the marbles you know
And smoothest than the clouds you see
My edges are sharp,
Sharper than the sword
It protrudes in itself
Whenever there is a walk
Only, if out of purpose you visit me
Might be due to my warm nature
Regardless of my warm affection for you
I’ve storms without thunder and jems to plunder
All of thee I give the same colour
To remind, well, of their same origin
But all my dunes are differently patterned
All to praise at a glance
For the rare striking earthly beauty that I potent
Most of you are away from me
For I am the burnished one
Although brown my complexion may be
I am happy with the sun
My spurs are heated red and blue
Yet, affection I hold for you
Splash water on my grains
And buckets of words on my brain
I get to see those words evaporate
While I toughly store the rain
You might think of conquering time
And mine are the grains of time
All brown and dusty, full of sweat
Nature’s beauty I won’t pretend
I’ve the softest heart ever
To give you innumerable chances to ponder upon
And well then to change your footprints on the sand of time
But when you walk on and on
And enter some concrete land
You might never know yet I keep those
Footprints down on my hands
And each day and each moment
I slowly turn those pages to portray the coming once
I am the oldest historian ever, but my pages are lost
