• Stolen Hours, Fractured Names.

Your blood won't cry though it screams to-

their boots pace close, they hunt for two.

You bite your tongue, you hold it in,

one sound and they tear us thin.

Your hand finds mine in the dark, fever-bright, a dying spark.

You're leaving me but won't make sound, so they don't find us underground.

I'd break myself a thousand ways to buy you these last silent days.

You die so I can hold you here- the cruelest love is to disappear.

Your breath goes soft. Your eyes meet mine.

Still silent. Still only mine.
