Stay by me this night

The heart is heavy tonight

To rest on your shoulder, would it be alright?

Sing me a soothing melody

Let me relive my childhood memory,

Draw the mind away from its many fallacies,

I wish to speak of my misery

To someone, not my diary,

In the dark, my hurts I've unclothed

To not be seen by any unknown,

For in the pitch black, I am truly alone,

Here I can release my sadness

In unrecognizable moans,
