Star-crossed lovers

deeply in love

whilst divided by conflicts

still not having enough of this.

Separation of their souls, lighting a dedication

but that dedication slowly taking the form of dissatisfaction

dissatisfaction further molds into frustration

and a rose shall wither.

Colored fabrics doth fade,

leading a romantic masquerade

with an infatuated belief that they can persist.

Following a false romantic high

stringing themselves onto this like the hopeless romantics

as they slowly yet painfully steer their lives awry.
