Spirit Of Christmas

Spending her Christmas all alone, Thought the retail worker sadly, Scanning the next gift wrapped product, A single tear slips down her cheek.

The delivery girl will be, Spending her Christmas all alone, By the time she reaches her home, Her family will be snoring.

The waitress makes everyone smile, Her frown dips lower every time, Spending her Christmas all alone, Her happy façade will fall off.

This Christmas, be kind and spread joy, Don’t get annoyed too easily, Because you never know who’ll be, Spending her Christmas all alone.
