The time I spent in your womb, in blessing

In celestial airs, day night appeared same

I enjoyed no summer there, eternal spring

You prayed to Him for my name and fame

You promised me a world of love and trusts

A life of endless journey in realm of wisdom,

Now in your lap, I tremble in thousand bursts

Love and trust just words in Hobu’s kingdom

You left me alone in bed of thousand thorns

In name of customs and feminism being hurt

I raise voice to revolt in vain, my feelings torn

Against rays of hope became I nothing in dirt.

A life new, O mother, breathing in my womb,

Will I give birth or fall asleep near your tomb?
