Silhouette

I stood there

Drawing a silhouette

Of my soul

Dark yet vibrant

Just like the painted horizon

Standing beside me

Staring at me

With curiosity and enquiry

Trying to understand

And fathom

My complex emotions

Which flow

Like a cascade

Of wild water

Into the stream

Of mystery

Just like the stream

Flowing across the trees

Which are dancing

in front of me

I smile at them

At their helplessness

At their failure

To understand me

All they understand

Is just the sillhoutte

Of mine
