She knows how to respect and honor…. the deadlines and boundaries set for her.

She knows how to score well and how to cook round chappatis…for only marks don’t matter.

She knows how to digest emotions and empathize the ruined ones…for she knows how it is to feel one.

She knows to walk away from conflict and embrace silence…for she knows she’d be alone in that fight.

She knows how to hold back and not interfere… because she knows her opinion is akin to garbage in their eyes.

She knows how to live and sustain herself alone…yet she marries because they say it would pay the debt of being alive she owed.

She likes someone but doesn’t say... because she knows love is a rare gem she doesn’t deserve.

She is a strong member of our developing society…for she knows no option to show her weakness to the cruel world.

Yes! She has been raised pretty well!
