She Comes Back To Me...

She comes back to me when I'm alone up there,

Blizzard's gust or as a breeze;

And even though I shut the doors,

She always finds the keys.

She smiles at me when I look away,

But my heart sees all in a blur:

How she looks the way she did,

When she made me fall for her!

She asks me why I never spoke of-

The love I wished to say;

Lacked the braves, to shove the pride,

Why I never asked her to stay?

She helps me then to stir the past,

Shape it as I may please;

And then she leaves, as a teardrop,

While pushing me back at ease.

She leaves open a door behind,

Wonder why she does that to me;

And even though I shut the doors,

She would always find the key.
